Transducer Series Products

Liquid Flow Transducers
Liquid flow transducers measure changes in ultrasonic velocity within pipes to calculate liquid flow rate and, over time, total liquid volume. They are suitable for smart water meters, smart irrigation systems, building water management systems, whole-house water purification systems, and more. AUDIOWELL’s US series covers frequencies from 1 to 2 MHz, with housing options in plastic, metal, and ceramic, operating temperatures from 0.1°C to 240°C, and all models feature IP68 protection rating.

Gas Flow Transducers
Gas flow transducers are core components of ultrasonic gas meters, functioning as ultrasonic transducers for gaseous media. AUDIOWELL employs composite materials to fabricate high-performance matching layers, enhancing ultrasonic signal transmission in gas media. The company has developed high-frequency, high-sensitivity, high-precision transducers at 200 kHz and 500 kHz, delivering accurate sensing data for next-generation natural gas and coal gas ultrasonic metering.

Pipe-Section Products

Pipe with Flow Transducers
AUDIOWELL’s self-developed Pipe with flow transducers are designed for ultrasonic water meters and ultrasonic heat meters. They measure forward and reverse flow velocities of water via built-in ultrasonic transducers, providing the metrological basis for total flow calculation. With no moving parts internally and no vortex generation, they ensure high measurement accuracy. The AUDIOWELL HS series offers plastic and brass housing options, with various nominal diameters available.

Smart Flow Sensor Series Products

Clamp-On Flow Sensors
This clamp-on, noncontact flow measurement device is especially suitable for strong acids, strong alkalis, corrosive liquids, or highpurity fluids – for example, in liquid cooling systems for AI server clusters. The sensor can be nondestructively installed on branch pipelines without cutting pipes, and its abnormal alarm function promptly alerts against uneven flow or clogging risks, ensuring uniform distribution of coolant to each heat-generating node and enabling reliable system monitoring and predictive maintenance.

Vortex Flow Sensors
These sensors measure flow rates of liquids or gases, particularly suited for highflow, highvelocity, and highviscosity coolant scenarios. For instance, in the main pipeline of AI server cluster liquid cooling systems, the vortex flowmeter – with its excellent resistance to bubbles and impurities – delivers stable and reliable total coolant flow monitoring, helping to reduce system pumping energy consumption.

Ultrasonic Flow Sensor Module
This inline ultrasonic flow sensor module directly outputs digital flow signals. It comprises a pair of masterslave connected ultrasonic flow transducers and a measuring pipe section, integrating a circuit module that processes timedifference signals of ultrasonic propagation. It outputs digital information – including instantaneous flow, total flow, and water status – via a serial port.
