AUDIOWELL’s self-developed smart flow sensor series includes three products: the Vortex Flow Sensor, the Clamp-on Flow Sensor, and the Ultrasonic Flow Sensor Module. All three models are equipped with an integrated digital display for real-time liquid flow monitoring. Meanwhile, each product excels in different technical principles and installation methods, making them flexibly adaptable to the varying pipe diameters, media types, and accuracy requirements of different branches within a liquid cooling system. The continuous, precise flow perception data they provide lays a reliable foundation for system adaptive adjustment and closed-loop control upgrades.
Vortex Flow Sensor
In the main pipeline of an AI server cluster’s liquid cooling system, the Vortex Flow Sensor leverages its outstanding resistance to bubbles and impurities to stably monitor the total coolant flow, ensuring accurate and reliable data. Its modular, compact design and low pressure loss characteristics help reduce system pumping energy consumption, while real-time flow monitoring guarantees stable and efficient operation of the cooling system.

- Outstanding resistance to bubbles and impurities
- Modular structure, compact and lightweight, with low pressure loss
- Instantaneous flow accuracy: ±3% F.S.
Clamp-on Flow Sensor
In the liquid cooling system of an AI server cluster, the Clamp-on Flow Sensor can be non-destructively installed on branch pipelines without cutting pipes, enabling real-time coolant flow monitoring. Its abnormal alarm function promptly alerts against uneven flow or clogging risks, ensuring that coolant is uniformly distributed to each heat-generating node and enabling reliable system monitoring and predictive maintenance.

- Non-destructive installation
- Suitable for coolant pipes on any branch line
- Equipped with an abnormal alarm function
Ultrasonic Flow Sensor Module
When applied in AI server liquid cooling systems, this module provides real-time monitoring of coolant flow velocity and cumulative flow. Its design with no moving parts ensures long-term reliable operation. The micro-leakage detection function can promptly identify pipeline seepage, while the multi-parameter module capability (optional) allows assessment of coolant quality changes, ensuring that the cooling system consistently and efficiently dissipates heat for high-density computing equipment.

- Real-time monitoring of coolant flow velocity and cumulative flow
- Micro-leakage detection
